FARM TO TABLE, IT'S REAL HERE
We use local and sustainably farmed ingredients as often as possible, and fish caught the right way too. We're a brasserie, so come on in day or night; we'll feed you good food and pour you a great beverage. We're happy to accommodate any dietary needs you might have, and we'll prepare tasting menus with prior notice. Barbette serves grass-fed heirloom Limousin beef, free-range organic pork, free-range organic chicken and eggs, all locally sourced. We follow the guidelines set by the Monterey Bay Seafood Watch program and are certified through the Minnesota Zoo Fish Smart Program.
